Rilov Paloly Kulankara is a technology leader with over 15 years of experience in leading, building, architecting, and delivering highly reliable and scalable systems/software across a variety of areas and technologies. He is currently working as the Director of Platform Engineering – Application & Systems Automation at Royal Bank of Canada, where he leads a team of engineers working on devops, API, machine learning, and robotics process automation. Rilov's excellent track record and expertise in enterprise applications, machine learning, e-commerce start-ups, financial, and banking technologies make him a valuable asset to any organization. He has held various positions at RBC, including Senior Manager of System Integration - Canadian Banking Automation Technologies and Senior Technical Systems Analyst.
